Edge Welded Bellows & Assemblies

Edge welded metal bellows are manufactured by microscopic welding of stamped metal diaphragms. Male and female diaphragm plates are stamped from rolls of sheet metal stock. Inner diameters of the male and female diaphragm are then welded to form a convolution. Repeated process of welding convolutions at their outer diameter forms a bellows core. The bellows core can be welded to end fittings to complete the bellows assembly.

Bellows for Accumulators and Reservoirs​

Metal bellow isolates gas & liquid compartment of an accumulator. Storage pressure is increased or decreased by pumping liquid in or out of the accumulator.
Metal bellow accumulator completely eliminates use of elastomeric or wearing seals ensuring zero leakage and no seal wear providing completely maintenance and service-free operation.


Bellows for Manipulators and Feedthrough​

Precise positioning and movements in vacuum applications are achieved through metal bellow manipulators & motion feedthrough.
As a flexible sealing element, metal bellow allows linear, angular and lateral movements while maintaining a high degree of vacuum.
